Nothing much to report today except that somebody I know bought a LuxSauna Portable. It uses infrared to heat up the inside to make you sweat. It also has a foot heating pad. My only concern was cleaning the thing. Otherwise, I think it's an awesome purchase.



In a few hours, astronauts aboard NASA's Discovery space shuttle will suit up and do a spacewalk to remove dangling cloth strips from the ship's delicate heat shield. These dangling cloth strips were believed to have caused the Columbia shuttle tragedy. Read more and wish the brave astronauts good luck.
